Consent to the Processing of Personal Data. Pursuant to Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V dated May 21, 2013, "On Personal Data and Protection Thereof," I hereby freely, voluntarily, and in my own interest, grant my consent to "Tumar Carpets" Limited Liability Partnership (Registered office: 38 Mangilik El Avenue, Non-residential premises 1, Astana, Kazakhstan; BIN: 220540031367), hereinafter referred to as the "Partnership", to process my personal data provided during the registration of a User/Buyer personal account or during the checkout process without registration in the "Tumar Carpets" LLP online store.

The processed data includes: last name, first name, middle name (if any), email address, residential/location address, telephone number, as well as personal information such as: browser and device type and settings, operating system details, mobile network information (including operator name and phone number), application version numbers, information regarding the interaction of my applications, browsers, and devices with the online store (including IP address, crash reports, activity logs within the online store, date and time of visit, and the referral URL), and content that I create, upload, or receive from other users while using the online store (emails, photos, videos, documents, and spreadsheets authored by me).

Processing and Storage Conditions: The Partnership confirms that the collection and storage of personal data are carried out in information systems and databases physically located within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The User consents to the cross-border transfer of data (if necessary for the operation of international analytics services or payment gateways), provided that the receiving party ensures data protection. Data may be transferred to third parties (courier services, postal operators) solely for the purpose of order fulfillment.

This data will be accessible to the Partnership’s employees and may be transferred by the Partnership to third parties engaged in transport or freight forwarding activities for the purpose of goods delivery, and/or to the online store's partners for the purpose of conducting marketing promotions and the promotion of goods, works, and services.

I grant the Partnership the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction, as well as the performance of any other actions provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, using automation tools (including within information and telecommunication networks) or without such tools.

Purposes of Personal Data Processing: execution of a distance sale contract for goods, processing of my orders, delivery of goods, generation of my purchase history, offering preferential terms for purchasing goods, and provision of services.

I agree that the text of this consent may be stored electronically in a database and/or in hard copy, confirming the fact of my consent to the processing and transfer of personal data in accordance with the above provisions. I assume full responsibility for the accuracy of the personal data provided.

The term of this consent is unlimited. However, you reserve the right to withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notification to the address: tumar.carpets@gmail.com with the subject line "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data." Please note that the withdrawal of your consent to the processing of personal data will result in the deletion of your account from the tumar-carpets.kz website.

A request to terminate the processing of personal data must be executed no later than 10 (ten) calendar days from the date the written notification is delivered to the Partnership. This consent is effective from the date of its provision until the date of its withdrawal in the manner prescribed by this Consent.
